BLO PEHROO

Pehroo is quite a picturesque hamlet located just 5 kms towards the east of Anantnag town.  Its population is estimated to be around 4500 and growing. For voting purposes, the village has been segregated into two Parts i.e. Pehroo A (Part 17)  and Pehroo B (Part 18), managed by two BLO's. Our Part i.e. Pehroo B currently has 1320 voters (subjected to change) and has been divided into four sections namely; Poyapora, Bungam A, Ganaipora, Bungam B and Manzhama. (Pl find population Cohort attached below) On the other hand, Pehroo A currently has 1280 voters and has been divided into five sections namely: Iqbalabad A, ChekPehroo, Gousia Colony, Umar Colony & Peerpora.
